Before Brain Commerce, all of our merchandising was manual through SAP Hybris – incredibly time-consuming for the team. Automating that process has freed us up to focus on the bigger picture, and the results speak for themselves.
Clemon Wiggins Team Lead/Online Merchandiser, Intersport Elverys
The Challenge
Before working with Rezolve Ai, Intersport Elverys managed all online merchandising manually through SAP Hybris. With no automated tools in place, the team spent significant time each week manually reprioritising and updating product placement across the site and search results, time that could otherwise go toward strategy and customer experience.
The Solution
Intersport Elverys deployed Brain Commerce to automate merchandising across their online store, replacing manual, rules-based work in SAP Hybris with automated product placement for both site browsing and search.
What this included:
• Automated merchandising rules, removing manual SAP Hybris reprioritisation work
• Consistent, optimised product placement across both Site and Search
• Freed-up team time to focus on strategy rather than manual catalogue upkeep
The Results
Comparing the 2022 baseline (pre-Brain Commerce, annual online reporting) to the most recent full year, Intersport Elverys saw gains across every core commerce metric:
• Conversion Rate: 2.82% → 4.46% (+58%) – automated merchandising kept more relevant products in front of shoppers across Site, Search and Recommendations.
• Revenue: €31M → €43.96M (+42%) – higher conversion and order volume combined to drive a significant year-on-year revenue increase.
• Orders: 400K → 514,369 (+29%), alongside AOV growth from €72.70 to €85.46 (+18%) – more customers completing higher-value purchases.
Looking Ahead
Intersport Elverys plans to continue building on this foundation, adopting new Brain Commerce capabilities as they become available to further support the business.
