Rezolve Ai and their Brain Commerce platform gives us the flexibility to shape and optimise the online experience around what our customers are actually looking for. It allows us to manage merchandising and product discovery at scale, while retaining the control to react quickly to changing customer behaviour and commercial priorities. It’s become an important part of how we deliver a relevant, effective and engaging experience for our customers online.

The Challenge
Flowtech is a leading UK distributor of fluid power, hydraulics and engineering components, serving trade and industrial customers across the UK, Ireland and Benelux through a large, highly technical product catalogue. Shoppers searching broad or specialist terms were frequently landing on zero-result pages, and the team had no reliable way to connect on-site search behaviour to completed orders, making it difficult to prioritise further investment or demonstrate commercial return.
The Solution
Rezolve Ai deployed Brain Commerce Search & Navigation to power product discovery across Flowtech’s site, paired with Insights purchase-event tracking to connect search behaviour directly to completed orders. The team also completed refresher training enabling Flowtech to run its own A/B tests going forward.
What this included:
- Brain Commerce Search & Navigation deployed with zero implementation warnings
- Insights purchase-event tracking linking on-site search to completed orders
- A/B testing enablement and hands-on training with the Flowtech team
- Merchandising Agent rollout, part of our Agentic Commerce portfolio, to support automated ranking and product recommendations
The Results
- Search volume: up approximately 185% over the four months following go-live, alongside a significant reduction in zero-result searches – a strong sign that shoppers are finding relevant products more easily.
- Purchase tracking validated: a 48-hour sample recorded 5,222 order lines through the new Insights tracker, consistent with Flowtech’s expected order volumes, confirming the data needed for a full ROI view is now flowing correctly.
- Clean technical rollout: the integration went live with zero implementation warnings, and the team is now equipped to run independent A/B tests to measure the impact of future changes.
Proven to scale across markets: the Irish site went live in August 2026, with the Benelux site following in early September. showing how quickly the same Brain Commerce setup can be extended to additional Flowtech websites and markets.
Looking Ahead
With purchase tracking now validated, Flowtech and Rezolve Ai are finalising a full ROI readout to quantify the commercial impact of Brain Commerce and will use the newly enabled A/B testing capability to keep optimising search and merchandising performance. Flowtech is also rolling the same setup out to new markets, with the Irish site live in August 2026 and Benelux following in early September, a sign of how easily the solution extends to additional Flowtech websites. Flowtech is also evaluating Rezolve Ai’s broader set of agentic commerce capabilities as a next step once the ROI review is complete.
